Message	ok thanks for the input, much appriciated, but keep in mind that i dont want to lower my car at all.. i already have to drive sideways over things and have to take off the fascia to get the car on ramps... :That is why it is not recommended to run then with a spring that excessively lower the ride height. I don't know what kind of an effect a sagging spring has on performance but you obviously gain more performance with an aftermarket spring that lowers the car no more than an inch and with stiffer rates. If I were to go with an aftermarket spring/shock combo it would be RSR/AGX
